Consumer users remain governed by the consumer Terms and Privacy Policy.

3. No partnership by browsing
Viewing this page does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment, or franchise. Commercial participation requires successful application/onboarding, acceptance of then-current partner terms, and credentialed portal access.

5. Consumer data
Partners must not expect a consumer clinical health dashboard on the public marketing site. Partner access is limited to programme-approved scopes (e.g. their own shop inventory, referral aggregates).
6. Closed beta changes
Partner features may change during closed beta. LoomaVita may pause applications, change capabilities by vertical, or revoke access for security or policy reasons.
